Principle: adsorption
Adsorber: Molecular sieve; regenerable
Loading: approx. 8 kg

Operation modes:
a) Inline: circulation of the atmosphere via the LMF with continuous removal
b) Bypass: with manual isolation valves, the LMF can be by-passed from the circulation, e.g. during exchange of the adsorber/during regeneration, without stopping the circulation of the gas purifier
