Principle: adsorption
Adsorber: activated charcoal
Loading: approx. 8 kg

Operation modes:
a) Inline: circulation of the atmosphere via the SF with continuous removal
b) Bypass: with manual isolation valves the SF can be removed from the circulation, e.g. during exchange of the adsorber, without stopping the circulation of the gas purifier
