You are obliged to return your sensor to MBRAUN within 2 weeks of receiving the replacement sensor. If you do not send the sensor to be calibrated to MBRAUN within the specified period, MBRAUN will charge you the value of a new sensor. Your measuring device will become the property of MBRAUN upon return and the replacement device will become your property.

Please note: Sensors without a valid RMA number will be returned unopened to the sender. The resulting costs will be invoiced. In the case of soiled or contaminated sensors, we reserve the right to charge cleaning and disposal costs and, if necessary, the costs of replacing the sensors.
